I am getting married on Jewel on December 30, 2006, and then heading off for the 8 day Eastern Caribbean cruise. I can't wait. How will I know about the "Newly Wed Game"? I would LOVE to participate!

Hi thanks alot for the welcome .Was going to do the Exploer of the seas .In august next year .Cap liberty is 2 towns over from where we live .We could have taken the Lite rail to the peir But when i looked at the prices"s for the liberty it was half of what they were ashing for a balcony cabin mid ship on the freedom this year .To put it this way ,we did the band new Crown Princess out of Brooklyn august 25th a 9 day cruise in an outside cabin .For much lest then the Freedom for the same week doing a 7 day cruise same week .The Crown Princess and cruise was great .Some times it pay to wait to go on some new ships !! Like the Liberty will be next year for us . One thing about Princes we had out 2 boy"s 14 & 15 with us .Princess is not a good cruise line for young teens like RCCI is and Carnival too. It's a very layed back cruise .Myself and wife loved it .But we will not be taking the boy"s on Princess again .They had a good time .But nothing like RCCI will be !!

Port of Miami Parking Options

We are cruising this coming Monday through Friday (Sept. 25th to 29th) out of the Port of Miami and would appreciate any advice on parking options close to the Port. Thank you. Stephen

The dates you mention indicate you will be sailing on Majesty of the Seas. There is a parking garage directly across from the RCCL terminal. Just follow the signs when you enter the port area and you'll see the garage across from the ship. Be sure you use the luggage tags provided with your cruise documents, then drop your luggage at the curbside drop off and then take your car to the garage. Your luggage will be delivered to your cabin. It is all so very easy and convenient.

Have a great time on Majesty. She's a great ship.

Best,

Majesty daubts

Hi, iam vary happy to have faund this site. Please can you help me with some questions, they are= Iam going for a 4 nights in RC Majesty of the seas in next febuary does the climate help me to enjoy beach and others Is it good enough to stay in ports by my own or must I take all of the excursions in order to enjoy the places What drinks is free , is it all day or only in lunch and dinner Is there someone that talks portuguese
Thank you

Hello Marcia,

Yes, you will be able to enjoy the beaches in February. Of course, it is not as hot as in the summer, but the beaches are still quite nice. All of the ports Majesty visits are ones where you can find plenty to do on your own if you prefer not to take a tour.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade, and some other drinks are provided with meals and are available in the Windjammer. Alcoholic and soft drinks are provided at a cost comparable to a mid-priced restaurant. There are some deals for wine and soft drinks you can purchase for the duration of the cruise. More information about those offers are found on Royal Caribbean's web site.

There will surely be someone who speaks Portuguese. The crew is from more than 60 countries so many languages are spoken.

Have a wonderful cruise aboard Majesty. She is a lovely ship. In February, 2007, she will have just completed a massive renovation dry dock. We hope you'll send us a Cruise Review.

Happy Cruising,

Lois Evensen
