Most are first-time cruisers. This is the first cruise organized for Ohio, but likely not the last.

Here are a few links to images and information from cruises to Italian ports that my husband and I have enjoyed aboard Splendour of the Seas. We enjoy "on our own" tours of ports. However, be sure you are with a group for safety if you are not familiar with the area and that you are back to the ship in time for sailing. The ship will not wait for you if you are not on a ship-sponosored tour.

This is not a travel agent site, it is a site by and for people interested in cruising in general and on Royal Caribbean ships in particular.
The cruises you describe are either Delta Queen (I've cruised on the Delta Queen to Maysville, Kentucky, and the Clooney home is on a walking tour there) or B&B Riverboats. Contact your travel agent to get information about those cruises.
