September 28 - October 1, 2007 - Monarch of the Seas - Los Angeles to Los Angeles - Aaron, Connie, Nathan & Jared - cbeavor2@yahoo.com - somewhat; Nathan will have just returned home after 2 years away serving a mission for our church.  This will be our second time on the Monarch of the Seas as well as our second time cruising. We took the 3 night Ensenada cruise on Mar. 30, 2007 and loved it. The service was wonderful. We can't wait to go and Aaron, Nathan, and Jared are looking forward to some great pick-up games on the basketball court. Aaron and I are also looking forward to dancing the nights away!

September 2 - 18, 2007 - Rhapsody of the Seas - Galveston to San Diego - Sandra French, Phil Leighton - phil8ton@tiscali.com - We are flying into Houston IAH on 09/01/07 and have been surprised at the distance and cost to Galveston. I have found a good limo service but it would be much more economic to have fellow travellers with us. Anybody interested?

Embarkation

What is the exact address of the embarkation point? Where can I find this information?

Hello Valerie,

From what port are you sailing?

Generally, you can put "Street address of Port of _____________" into Google, Yahoo, or another search engine and will get the physical address of that port.  If you don't find the address for the port you want, please write again.

Best,

Cruise questions

We've planned a 4-night cruise on Majesty of the Seas (RCCI) for August 20-24, 2007. I had a few questions for anyone who might be more experienced than me at this. (Please feel free to email me directly at jbcyengle@mchsi.com). Thanks!

1. Can you get a coupon booklet if you're not a member of the Crown and Anchor group? It's our first time cruising but we'd love to go with money-saving coupons for spa services, Johnny Rockets, or anything like that. If I bought one on ebay, is there any problem using them??

2. Our flight out of Miami isn't until 3:25 p.m. and the boat docks early on Friday morning. Q: Do you HAVE to get off the boat when they call your color for disembarkment? Or can you wait for final call? (I'd rather spend more time on the boat than the airport!)

3. How do I go about ordering wine to have available when we reach our rooms? I'd like to surprise my husband--it's our 10th wedding anniversary.

Thanks in advance! Happy Cruising!!!

Labadee, Haiti

I understand this is an RC island. so if we stop there we will see nothing of the lifestyle or essence of Hait and its people. is that correct.

thank you

That is correct.  Labadee, the portion of the island that RCCL leases, is separate and apart from Haiti proper.  Labadee, however, is physically on the island of Haiti.

Some images of Labadee are here.
