Well, I dont kno about everybody else, but me and my twin had a great time. James, Jesus & Brian are the best bartenders @ the pool bar. Jus tell em the twins sent ya.

Our head waiter was not so great (not gonna mention any names), but our assistant waiter was awesome. His name is Jorge.

Lemm was our head room attendant. If you got him, make sure you dont leave a lot out, cause he likes to hide things lol. Just kidding, he just puts it in a safe place.

At the club go to charles.

Echantment (aka enhancement) was a great ship overall and the crew was awesome.

Cruise reviews can be extremely helpful to new and experienced cruisers by giving the cruise vacation consumer's view of various RCCL ships and ports. If you've sailed aboard an RCCL ship, we hope you'll write and tell us about it by using our special form here.  Sincere thanks to those who take the time to do this so that others can have the benefit of shared information and experiences.

June 26 - July 10, 2009 - Radiance of the Seas - Seward, Alaska to Seward, Alaska - Libby and Bob - Libby_child@yahoo.com - FINALLY seeing Alaska - After so many cruises, we're finally going to Alaska. We've never wanted to leave to nice summer weather we have in Michigan but we've heard so many good things about Alaska - we're finally going, and actually doing a back to back on the Radiance. We're excited - we love the Radiance class ships and feel this is a nice choice. Any tips on what to see and do on the Seward to Vancouver and Vancouver to Seward itinerary would be welcome.

We are eagerly awaiting this milestone of having cruised with RCCL 100 times.

Hello Libby,

Thanks for your posts and congratulations on RCCL cruise #100! After all of these years of your wonderful posts, calendar listings, reviews, and our emails, we still haven't met in person. Surely the day will come when we are on the same ship at the same time!

Very best to you and your family,

Anchorage transfers to Seward, and hotel options? Radiance of the Seas

We'll be on a back to back cruises on the Radiance of the Seas - departing June 26th and returning July 10th. What is the best way to get from Anchorage to Seward, and then from Seward back to Anchorage. We're coming in the day before (June 25th) and our flight on July 10th departs Anchorage at 11:15pm. It really doesn't matter where we stay the first night (Anchorage or Seward), but I think we'll want a 'day room' of sorts on the 10th - and probably have that in Anchorage. We're a couple traveling on our own, so would not be sharing costs with anyone else. It seems like to RCCL transfers for a bus are reasonable to get to Seward, but they seem to be confused with us wanting to come back from Seward when we are done.

Any suggestions, recommendations are welcome.

Thank you!
