Subject:Transatlantic Cruises
I am a regular Tranatlantic cruiser and am on the Jewel right now
making my way Westbound to Florida. I have been staggerd to learn that,
from next year, Royal Caribbean/Celebrity will only be offering 1 cruise
out of Britain/in to Florida or vice versa. Like many non-Americans (and
not just Brits)who own property in Florida, I use cruises to supplement
a 6 month stay in Florida. I will now be faced with having to cruise out
of Southampton on 6th November (Independence) and return on 11th April
(also Independence)- only a 5 month period! The alternative would be to
fly one way and cruise back, but single trip flights are not cheap! Hence
I may resort back to flying both ways in order to be able to stay for the
full 6 months I have become accustomed to. Your thought would be appreciated.

Subject: New Cruise
My husband and I are taking our first cruise to Europe. We are especially
interested in a Mediterranean cruise. 10 - 14 days. But there is so much
to review and/or chose. Paralysis by analysis. UGHH....any recommendations?
Time of year, etc? I know this is basically Royal Caribbean but has anyone
tried Celebrity? Can you compare?
Thank you.
