Where to begin....The transfer buses from Ft. Lauderdale were somewhat disorganized. Seems to me they should have known how many people had booked the air portion of the trip and had enough spaces on the buses for all....they didn't.We were finally accomodated and made the short ride to the ship and processed in due time and able to board the ship around 12:30 instead of the listed time of 2:00. Our luggage was delivered to our room by 5:00.

The food in the Windjammer buffet was just OK , it was edible but not much more. The food in the main dining area was pretty good and served expertly. Our main waiter, Alvin and his assistant, Dennis were excellent.

We did eat on two occasions in the specialty dining room, Portofino, a great dining experience and well worth the $20.00/per person upcharge.

The art auctions were great fun(we went to three of them and bough 11 pieces. The facilities on the ship are fist class and clean and very well taken care of.

Perhaps the only down side is getting ice!!!!!! the ice buckets in the room are way way to small, and sometimes getting ice can take an hour. suggestion...please get larger ice buckets in the room....the attendant won't have to come back and refill in 25 minutes.

Made great friends with the bartender at the Champagne Bar, Freddie, very knowledgable about all types of wines and champagnes.(He even gave us a larger ice bucket when we asked him!!!!!!)

Everything else was great except the bus ride back to the airport after the trip......We sat on the bus ready to go for over an hour and then the driver couldn't find the American Airlines terminal...had to circle around again. Waited in line for boarding passes for another 30 minutes and then were told we were standby!!!!! We finally got seats and made it home on schedule but that part of the cruise needs lots more organization......believe me.

We will more than likely take another cruise with this line.

Cruise reviews can be extremely helpful to new and experienced cruisers by giving the cruise vacation consumer's view of various RCCL ships and ports. If you've sailed aboard an RCCL ship, we hope you'll write and tell us about it by using our special form here.  Sincere thanks to those who take the time to do this so that others can have the benefit of shared information and experiences.
